Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (€12.95):
– Carriers: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping (Orders over €50):
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your BIKELIFE gear on its way to you!

Returns & Exchanges

At Accessoires De Vélo, we want every member of the BIKELIFE community to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If your GUIDON BIKELIFE, FRINGUE BIKELIFE, or any other accessory doesn’t meet your expectations, our return policy is here for you.

Return Timeframe

You have 15 days from the date of receiving your package to request a return or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, with all tags and original packaging
  • Safety accessories like Collier de tige de selle or Embouts de guidon must be returned in their sealed packaging
  • For international returns, please mark the package as « RETOUR MARCHANDISE – SANS VALEUR COMMERCIALE » to avoid customs fees

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All items from the CUSTOMISATION BIKELIFE section (customized to your specifications)
  • Opened or used Bouchon de valves and Donuts (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or promotional items marked as « final sale »

Return Process

  1. Contact us by email at [email protected] with your return request
  2. Our BIKELIFE team will send you a return authorization with instructions
  3. Carefully pack your item with the original delivery slip
  4. Send the package to:

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method
  • For card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB), the time to appear in your account depends on your bank
  • PayPal payments are credited immediately to your PayPal account
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Follow the same process as for a return
  2. Clearly indicate in your email which item you’d like as replacement
  3. If the new item has a different price, we’ll adjust the amount
  4. We cover the shipping costs for the replacement item
